Getting Traffic to Your Resell Rights Website

So you have your Resell Rights products set up and ready to go…..now what? Well, now we need for people (hopefully customers) to see what a great product you have to offer.

That means we are going to have to get traffic to your site.

No traffic = no customers = no sales.
It would be extremely nice for traffic to come rolling in to your website the moment you uploaded the finished pages to your hosting space.
In the real world, it just won’t happen that way.

There is actually a huge process involved in obtaining traffic to your website, and the truth of the matter is that the more time and energy you put into the process, the more successful you will be at bringing in new visitors, readers, potential customers and sales.

Luckily, there is a wealth of different ways to bring traffic to your website, and they range significantly from the moderately effective to the highly effective in terms of how easily they will allow you to skyrocket your visitor status. When you are ready to obtain traffic for your website, meaning that you have your resell rights package set up, website is completed, visually appealing, easily navigated, and most importantly, properly uploaded, the first thing that you should do is sit down and come up with a fairly basic idea of who you are looking to target.

You should have a specific target audience in mind as far as who it is that you would like to visit your website. Are you targeting parents? Teenagers? Single mothers? Dog Lovers? People looking for good deals? Come up with a clear cut idea of who it is that is going to best benefit from the contents of your website, because it is these people that you should be gearing up your website promotion strategy for.

For example, if you have resell rights to an ebook about dogs or pet care, then these are the people you want to make aware of your site and what it has to offer them. We will stick with the dog care theme for the rest of this article so as not be confusing.

Now that you know who you want to target, here are some of the things that you should consider doing to target those specific visitors so that they will come to your website.

Optimize your website for SEO, which means that search engines will more readily display your website to people who query search terms similar to the concept that your website is based on. Optimize for keywords that are relevant to your target traffic!

Market articles and other content. Writing content on your niche or concept, or having content written for you for that matter, is not actually difficult at all. Post these articles on article submission websites and show interested parties that you are an authority on the niche of your choice to gain more credibility and notoriety within the industry.

Spread your message virally. What kinds of concepts go viral online? Great ideas include fun or funny images, videos, contests, special events, special deals, and other things that people find worth checking out. Come up with a good concept and sell it hard - People who visit will spread the word, attracting more and more traffic to your website.

Offer something for free. Offer a free information product. For example, take snippets of your 30 page ebook on pet care and make a 6-7 page report with a few highlights and a link to your full product. Encourage your visitors to pass the report to others. Offer a special discount coupon, or a deal on something. People love perceived value and if they know that visiting your website has perceived value of some kind, they will come, even if only to see what you have to offer.

Create a blog and make posts about your product or topics that would be relevant to your topic. Keeping with the pet care theme, how about different dog breeds, pictures and videos of dogs, (there are hilarious ones on YouTube!.) Remember to write on your blog like you are talking to a friend. You could write about service dogs or dogs that have helped people in some way. Maybe even write about a pet you or someone you know has lost. The possibilities are endless. Whatever resell rights product you are offering, just center your topics around it,use relevant keywords & you should do fine.
